Sleeping fast is the wish of everybody especially with growing age. A child needs more sleeping as compare to aged person. But sleeping well and in time, is necessary for good health and smooth working in life. As the age increases, sleeping problems are also increased in most of the people. By following different methods alongwith taking proper food, one can enjoy fast sleep in his life.
SET A PROPER ROUTINE TO SLEEP FAST
It is better to make proper routine timings to go to bed at night time. The most common practice, which has been stressed by the psychiatrists, is go to your bed early and thereunder getup early. Fix a proper time at nigh to sleep. Make this routine for some week to go to sleep for same hours. In this way, you will overcome to sleeplessness and enjoy your next day work. It is a fact that less sleep affects the daily life and it creates many difficulties in daily routine working.
SCHEDULE YOUR TEA TIME TO GO FOR FAST SLEEP.
It is the usual routine of some people to take tea when they get up in the morning and also take tea while going for sleep. Taking tea at night time reduces the chances of easy and early sleeping. So, set your timing of tea at night time. Make it your routine to take tea one hour before going for sleep.
RELAX YOURSELF BEFORE GO TO SLEEP.
It is necessary to relax your whole body alongwith your mind to go for fast sleeping. Take some long breathing, and relax your muscles. Keep all your stress away from mind and try to recall some good moments of life. Put your right arm under your right cheek, and it will help you to sleep fast easily. Place your thumb on eyebrows, fore head and nose and press gently.
AVOID SLEEPING DURING THE DAY TIME.
Some people take it necessary for napping in the day time. It usually affects their night time sleeping. This practice of day time sleeping disturbs the night sleeping. Therefore, make it your practice to sleep less during the day, and if necessary, take a short nip at noon.
MAKE YOUR ROOM EASY FOR FAST SLEEP.
Before going for sleeping, turn off all the unnecessary apparatus including TV and light of your room. If it is easy, then also take your phone off or on silent mode. Now a day, the use of face book is made at night time before sleeping. So, make it necessary to avoid use of social network at night time. The temperature of the room also plays essential role. Therefore, keep and maintain well your room temperature at night time.
